Brenden has been with MaxWay since 2020, and wears multiple hats. Brenden is the Director of Training, the School & Club Coordinator, and the resident thing breaker. If you need someone to break something, Brenden can do it.
You'll see B at MaxWay in the mornings and if the temperature starts with a 4, the garage doors may be opened. In the afternoons he is spearheading out School programs by splitting time at Winnacunnet, Berwick Academy, St. Thomas, and our app-based schools like Epping and Stevens High School.
Brenden received his undergrad at Springfield College where he played football until a back injury in the weight room ultimately ended his football career and solidified his future career path in sports performance coaching to help athletes stay away from the same mistakes that cost him his playing career. This is what drives Brenden to get professional strength and conditioning programs in all high schools.
He furthered his education at the University of Florida 🐊 (he just clapped his hands like a gator reading this) where he earned his Masters in Human Performance. He stayed down in his home state for a little longer with a Coaching stint at UCF before heading up to Buffalo, NY to work with the Buffalo Bills NFL Organization as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
