Michelle is originally for the mid-coast of Maine and graduated high school with a class size smaller than some of the families we train, which may explain a lot! Michelle ventured down to the University of New England where she ran Cross Country and studied kinesiology.

Coach Michelle's why is to help young athletes and adults find joy and passion through to increase their lives outside of the gym.
Motivation & Passion
Michelle loves to trail run and be outside! She's completed a 50km race, and now is gearing back up to start running again! Who wants to join her?!
